AT88SC0104C CryptoMemory Smart Card

The AT88SC0104C model, which belongs to the CryptoMemory® family, is a memory solution that offers security features and cryptographic capabilities. It provides 1 Kbit of user memory divided into four 32 byte zones. Each zone can be customized with security access permissions. Combined to accommodate 1 to 4 data files. The AT88SC0104C ensures security, cost-effectiveness and easy implementation without requiring a microprocessor operating system.

This device includes an engine that enables dynamic symmetric mutual authentication between the device and host. It also performs stream encryption for all exchanged data and passwords between the device and host. These operations can utilize up to four sets. Moreover, the AT88SC0104C supports communication, with card readers using the asynchronous T = 0 protocol (Gemplus Patent) as defined in ISO 7816 3.
