One stay. Many permissions.

Make the all-inclusive promise visible—and effortless.

An all-inclusive guest moves between rooms, restaurants, bars, pools, beaches, kids clubs, fitness areas, spa appointments and paid upgrades without wanting to manage a wallet full of cards. PrintPlast develops the physical credential family around those real touchpoints: wearable where convenience matters, card-based where familiar issuance still works, and technically separated wherever the installed systems require it.

RFID wristbands for the full resort stay

The core all-inclusive credential should be comfortable enough to wear from breakfast to the beach and distinctive enough for staff to recognize without turning the guest into a walking ticket. PrintPlast produces wooden-bead, woven-cord and macramé RFID wristbands with sealed contactless components, adjustable fits and custom plaques. Chip, antenna, construction and closure are selected for the approved reader environment, expected wear period and exposure to water, sunscreen and daily handling.

Room and villa key cards

Not every property should force every function into one wearable. Wood, recycled PVC, BioBoard and premium laminated room keys can remain the best fit for villas, suites, backup issuance or guests who prefer a card. PrintPlast aligns the artwork with the wristband family while matching the finished card construction to the approved hotel-lock specification and validating samples on the property before volume production.

Dining, beverage and package identification

Standard all-inclusive, premium beverage, family, day-pass and other entitlement levels may need to be recognized quickly at restaurants and bars. Visible color, artwork or engraving can support staff recognition, while RFID, barcode, numbering or printed fields support the approved on-property workflow. The visual design helps communicate the package; authorization and transaction logic remain inside the resort’s supported POS, PMS or entitlement platform.

Pool, beach, spa and activity access

A wearable credential earns its place when the guest is in swimwear, carrying towels, supervising children or moving between treatment and fitness areas. Materials, closure, plaque size and RFID construction should be specified for the actual environment—not merely copied from an event wristband. Reusable wood-and-cord formats provide a quieter, more premium alternative to plastic festival-style bands while keeping access close at hand.

Day passes, staff IDs and supporting credentials

Complete the resort program with day-visitor credentials, staff photo IDs, contractor badges, kids-club identifiers, luggage tags, gift cards and printed key-card sleeves. These products can follow the same design system without pretending they all use the same technology. Clear visual hierarchy, numbering and department-specific packing help the operating team issue the right credential to the right person at the right point of arrival.

The all-inclusive guest journey

One guest. Five resort moments.

Five custom lifestyle scenes follow one guest credential through the stay—from its welcome at check-in and first room access to dining, poolside freedom and the final return at departure.

Recommended credential

RFID wristband + optional room key

At check-in, staff issue the guest’s approved package credential and, where required, a separate room key. Artwork, visible tier cues, numbering and RFID construction are prepared before arrival; identity verification, activation and authorization stay inside the property’s PMS, access or entitlement workflow.

Resort construction and comfort

Choose the credential by the way guests live in it.

An all-inclusive credential is handled for days, not seconds. Reader specification comes first, but comfort, drying, sunscreen, salt, chlorine, family sizing, reissue frequency and end-of-stay handling determine whether the physical format belongs at the property.

All-inclusive system compatibility

The resort workflow defines the credential.

PrintPlast manufactures and personalizes physical cards and wristbands; it does not replace the property’s PMS, POS, hotel-lock, access-control or cashless platform. We map each intended use, work from approved system information and create production-representative samples for validation on the actual property.

Send the resort system brief
01

Map every touchpoint

Rooms, restaurants, bars, pools, beach gates, spa, lockers, activities, kids clubs, events and staff areas are documented separately.

02

Confirm every system

Reader, encoder, lock, chip, frequency, memory, UID, data and issuance requirements come from the property or its approved integrator.

03

Design for real wear

Guest profile, stay length, water exposure, comfort, closure, visible tiering, replacement and return handling shape the physical construction.

04

Test the finished object

A complete production-representative card or wristband is validated on every intended reader before volume manufacturing begins.

All-inclusive RFID buying guide

What to specify when ordering RFID wristbands for an all-inclusive resort.

The useful buying question is not simply “Which chip?” It is how the guest will wear, present, replace and ultimately leave with—or return—the credential across the full stay. These four decisions turn a design request into a production-ready resort brief.

01

Start with the installed readers and lock environment

List every door, gate, locker, POS terminal and validation point where the wristband or card is expected to work. Record the approved chip, frequency, memory, UID, encoding and antenna requirements for each environment. One contactless credential may support several touchpoints, but that must be confirmed from the system architecture rather than assumed from the term RFID.

Understand RFID and NFC technology
02

Define package tiers without compromising hospitality

Visible differentiation can help staff recognize standard, premium, family, day-visitor or staff groups, but a guest wristband should still feel intentional. Cord color, bead selection, engraving or subtle artwork can create a tier system without the visual language of disposable admission bands. Confirm which differences are operational and which are simply decorative before sampling.

03

Specify water, comfort and wear duration honestly

A three-night spa retreat and a fourteen-night family beach holiday place different demands on a wearable. State the longest expected wear period, pool and sea exposure, drying conditions, sunscreen contact, wrist-size range and whether children require a separate format. The finished closure and plaque—not only the chip—must be evaluated for the environment.

04

Plan issuance, replacement and end-of-stay handling

Provide expected arrivals by day, quantities by tier, staff issuance steps, replacement rules and the required backup stock. Decide whether the wristband is a guest keepsake, a collected reusable item or a controlled credential that must be surrendered. That operating choice affects closures, durability, packing, printed communication and the real sustainability case.

Real resort proof

Black Rosewood RFID wristbands for Amanera.

For Amanera in the Dominican Republic, PrintPlast created a bespoke RFID wristband with hand-polished Black Rosewood beads and a laser-engraved wooden centerpiece. The project demonstrates the standard an all-inclusive or destination resort should expect: a genuine access credential engineered as part of the property experience, not a generic plastic band with a logo added afterward.

All-inclusive resort procurement questions

What resort teams ask before ordering.

Can one RFID wristband open rooms and identify an all-inclusive package?

It can when the installed hotel-lock and entitlement systems support the same approved credential architecture or a suitable multi-technology design. We map the systems first and do not assume one chip or UID will automatically work across locks, POS terminals, gates and lockers.

Can an RFID wristband be used for cashless payments?

The physical wristband can carry a credential supported by the resort’s approved cashless or POS platform. PrintPlast manufactures and personalizes the wearable; the property or its integrator supplies the transaction platform, account logic, terminals and authorization rules.

Which wristbands are suitable for pools and beaches?

Wood-and-cord and wood-bead formats can be specified for resort environments using sealed RFID components and materials selected for the expected wear period. Chlorine, salt water, sunscreen, drying, closure design and guest comfort should be included in the brief and checked on finished samples.

How can staff distinguish different all-inclusive packages?

Tier differentiation may use cord color, bead material, plaque shape, engraving, artwork, numbering or visible printed fields. These cues support recognition, while the property’s approved system remains responsible for validating actual guest entitlements.

Do you supply hotel software, readers or POS systems?

No. PrintPlast manufactures RFID wristbands, hotel key cards and supporting physical credentials. The property or its approved technology partners supply and configure the PMS, POS, hotel locks, readers, cashless platform and access-control software.

Can children receive a different all-inclusive wristband?

Yes. Child and family formats can use adjusted wrist sizing, closure choices and clearly differentiated artwork or color. Age-specific operational or safety policies remain the responsibility of the resort and should be included in the credential brief.

Can resort wristbands be reused?

Some constructions can be designed for collection and controlled reuse, but reuse depends on the closure, material condition, hygiene process, deactivation and re-issuance workflow. A credible reuse program should be defined operationally before the product and quantity are selected.

Can we order room keys, wristbands and staff cards together?

Yes. PrintPlast can coordinate guest wristbands, room keys, day passes, staff IDs, gift cards and printed sleeves as one visual program while keeping the technology and production specification appropriate to each item.

What information is needed for an all-inclusive resort quotation?

Send quantities by credential type and tier, expected wear duration, approved chip and reader specifications, room-lock details, intended use points, water exposure, closure preferences, artwork or brand direction, delivery country and required date.
