All-inclusive resort RFID wristbands
One wristband.
The whole resort.
From arrival to the last swim.
RFID wristbands, bracelets and hotel key cards made to order in Istanbul for resort access, guest entitlement and cashless systems.
One stay. Many permissions.
We make the band the guest wears all week.
A guest checks in on Saturday and takes the band off the following Saturday. In between it goes in the sea, under sunscreen and back to the bar. We have made RFID wristbands and hotel key cards at our Istanbul factory since 2000, and we build them for that week, not for an afternoon. Wearable where the guest has no pockets. Card where the front desk already works well.
RFID wristbands and bracelets for the whole stay
This is the piece most guests wear. We make it in wooden bead, woven cord and macramé, with the RFID plaque sealed in, not clipped on, and a sliding-knot clasp that fits adult, youth and child wrists without a separate size run. Rated IP67. Send the reader specification and we match the chip from the 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz families. A pre-production sample leaves here within 7 to 10 days.
- Multi-day guest wear
- Adjustable premium formats
- Reader-matched RFID
Room and villa key cards
Not every function belongs on a wearable. We still make plenty of room keys in wood, recycled PVC, PPH BioBoard and premium laminate, because for suites and villas a card is the better object. The body is CR80 at 0.76 mm to ISO/IEC 7810, so it runs through your existing encoders. We do not sign off a wood key card until a sample has been read on your own locks.
- Hotel-lock compatibility
- Wood to recycled PVC
- Finished-sample testing
Tier marking for dining and beverage packages
Standard, premium, family and day-pass guests have to be told apart across a busy bar. We put that difference into the material, not onto a sticker: cord color, wood species, a tier mark engraved into the plaque. Guest numbering goes on in the same pass, by laser or full-color UV print. Where you want a second read path we add a barcode alongside the chip.
- Package differentiation
- RFID or barcode
- Coordinated visual system
Pool, beach, spa and activity access
A wearable earns its place when the guest is in swimwear with wet hands and a towel. We seal the plaque into the piece, and every sample is wetted, dried and read again before it ships. Our honest view: a printed plastic festival band is wrong for a resort. It looks temporary on day one and worse on day six. Wood and cord reads as part of the property.
- Water-exposed environments
- Spa & fitness access
- Premium guest comfort
Day passes, staff IDs and supporting credentials
The rest of the program comes off the same lines: day-visitor bands, staff photo IDs, luggage tags and printed key-card sleeves. They share the design system without pretending to share the technology. We pack them the way you issue them, split by tier or department, so the desk opens one box per group instead of sorting loose bands on a Saturday.
- Day guest & family formats
- Staff and contractor IDs
- Printed sleeves & support
The all-inclusive guest journey
One guest. Five resort moments.
Five scenes follow one credential through a stay: check-in, the first room door, dinner, the pool, departure.
Recommended credential
RFID wristband + optional room key
Artwork, tier cues, guest numbering and the chip are finished before the guest lands. We pack by tier and in issue sequence, so the desk pulls the right band without working through a list.
Recommended credential
Wearable key or RFID room card
Where your lock system accepts the same credential architecture, the wristband is the room key. Where it does not, a coordinated card keeps room access separate. We work from the reader specification you send, and a finished sample is read on your own doors before the run.
Recommended credential
Tier-coded resort wristband
At the bar the guest holds out a wrist. Cord color, bead material and plaque engraving tell staff which package they are looking at before any reader confirms it. That visible tier is what we manufacture.
Recommended credential
Water-ready RFID wristband
This is the moment a wristband is worth more than a card. Sealed plaque, IP67, sliding-knot clasp, built for a week in salt water rather than an afternoon at a gate. We check the closure by hand on every sample.
Recommended credential
Program-defined end-of-stay handling
Keepsake, collected for reuse, or surrendered. Tell us which, because the closure, the durability and the printed message all change with the answer. A band cut off at the gate and one that travels home in a suitcase are not the same product.
Resort construction and comfort
Four constructions, and where each one belongs.
A hotel credential is handled for days, not seconds. Your readers decide the chip. Everything after that is about the wrist. Our sliding-knot clasp fits adult, youth and child wrists on one construction, so most properties order one wearable format instead of three.
| Format | Operational profile | Best suited to | Design direction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wood + woven cord | Light adjustable wearable, sealed wooden RFID plaque, soft cord, IP67. | Rooms, pools, beaches, spa and multi-day resort access | Laser engraving, UV print, cord color and custom plaque shape |
| Wood-bead bracelet | Jewelry-grade reusable format with polished beads and an RFID wood centerpiece. | Luxury tiers, villas, wellness and destination resorts | Wood species, bead selection, engraving and discreet tier cues |
| Wood room key | CR80 contactless card with natural grain in the familiar hotel-key format. | Suites, villas, backup issuance and coordinated room access | Laser engraving, color print, foil and custom shape |
| Recycled PVC card | CR80 at 0.76 mm, 50–80% post-consumer recycled body, full personalization. | High-volume room keys, day passes, staff and support programs | Full color, variable data, barcode, foil and matte or gloss |
What we make, and what we don’t
We make the credential. You keep your systems.
We manufacture and personalize the card or wristband. We do not supply or replace your PMS, POS, hotel locks, readers or cashless platform. Send the approved reader specification, we match the chip from the 125 kHz or 13.56 MHz families, and a production-representative sample follows within 7 to 10 days.
Send the resort system briefWe work off your reader list
Send the points where the credential has to work: doors, gates, terminals, lockers. We check whether one chip covers them all.
Chips we work with
The 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz families cover most installed hotel systems. If your integrator specifies something outside them, we say so before quoting.
Built for a week on a wrist
Sliding-knot clasp for adult, youth and child wrists. Sealed plaque, IP67. Closure chosen for whether the band goes home or comes back.
A finished sample in 7 to 10 days
Not a loose chip, not a mock-up. The complete wristband or key card as it will be produced, read on your own equipment first.
Hotel and resort RFID buying guide
Ordering RFID wristbands for a hotel: what we need, what we supply.
The useful question is not “which chip”. It is how the guest wears, presents and eventually leaves with the band. Four decisions follow, and here is how we handle each.
Your readers set the chip, and we match it
Send the reader specification and the points where the credential must work: doors, gates, POS terminals, lockers. We match a chip from the 125 kHz or 13.56 MHz families. One credential often covers several of those points, but never assume it does. Where it does not, we split the program into a wristband plus a card.
Understand RFID and NFC technologyWe put the tier in the material, not on a sticker
Cord color, wood species, plaque shape and numbering all apply during production, so a premium band leaves the factory already premium. A guest wristband should look intentional, not like an admission band from a car park. That is decided at the design stage, not fixed later with a marker pen.
Browse the RFID wristband lookbookSizing and water are ours to solve, not yours
You do not need to send a wrist-size range. The sliding-knot clasp fits adult, youth and child wrists, so a family of four gets one product rather than three. IP67 covers the pool and the sea. What we do want is the typical length of stay. Three nights at a spa and a fortnight on a beach wear a band differently.
Explore wooden RFID wristband constructionKeepsake, returned, or surrendered
Tell us which. A band the guest keeps needs a closure that survives a suitcase and a printed message worth reading a year later. A band that comes back has to survive being taken off and put on again. We make backup stock inside the same run, not as a second order.

Real resort proof
Black Rosewood RFID wristbands for Amanera.
For Amanera we made a bespoke RFID bracelet with hand-polished Black Rosewood beads and a laser-engraved wooden centerpiece. That is the standard to hold a supplier to: a real access credential built as part of the property, not a plastic band with a logo. We work the same way for W Punta Cana and Four Seasons Mallorca.

Hotel and resort procurement questions
What hotel and resort teams ask before ordering.
Can one RFID wristband open rooms and identify an all-inclusive package?
Often yes, when your lock system and your entitlement system accept the same credential architecture. We check that against your reader specification before quoting. Where they do not line up, the wristband covers dining and pool access and room entry stays on a coordinated key card.
Can an RFID wristband be used for cashless payments?
Yes, where your cashless or POS platform recognizes the credential we encode. Send its specification along with the reader list and we match the chip to both.
Which wristbands are suitable for pools and beaches?
Wood-and-cord bands and wood-bead bracelets, with the plaque sealed into the piece and rated IP67. Salt, chlorine and sunscreen all age a band, so tell us how long a typical stay runs and we pick the construction for it. Then prove it on the sample.
How can staff tell different guest packages apart?
Cord color, bead material, plaque shape, engraving or a printed field. We apply the difference during production, so the tier is readable across a bar without anyone reaching for a reader.
Do you supply hotel software, readers or POS systems?
No. We manufacture RFID wristbands, hotel key cards and the supporting printed items. Everything electronic on the property side comes from you or your technology partner.
Can children receive a different wristband?
They can, but most properties find they do not need to. One sliding-knot clasp fits adult, youth and child wrists, so a child band is usually the same product with different artwork.
Can resort wristbands be reused?
Some constructions can. It depends less on the band than on your process: collection, cleaning, deactivation and reissue all have to exist. If not, a keepsake the guest takes home is the more honest sustainability story, and we make those in FSC-certified wood.
Can we order room keys, wristbands and staff cards together?
Yes, and that is how most programs run. Minimum order is 500 units per design, so one artwork family across bands, keys, day passes and sleeves reaches it faster than four orders.
What information is needed for a hotel or resort quotation?
Quantities by item and tier, the approved reader and lock specification, where the credential has to work, typical length of stay, artwork direction, delivery country and date. No wrist sizes needed; the clasp and the IP67 rating cover that.
