Does one card cover the whole resort?
Player enrollment, the casino floor, hotel check-in, VIP access, pool and spa each ask something different of the card or band you issue. We hold the visual design steady across all of them and change what sits underneath: chip family, stripe, card body, wear period. Everything is made to order in our own factory. Minimum 500 units per design.

Casino player and loyalty cards
The player card leaves the enrollment counter and gets presented dozens of times in one visit. We make it as a CR80 body, 0.76 mm, to ISO/IEC 7810, carrying magnetic stripe, contactless RFID, barcode, sequential numbering and variable data in whatever combination your player-management specification calls for. Tier artwork and data zones are laid out together, so the number a host needs to read stays readable under foil and matte. Send the reader spec and a pre-production sample ships in 7 to 10 days.

Premium tier and VIP cards
A tier card should signal status without becoming harder to use. We print matte, foil, edge color, brushed metallic and pearlescent finishes onto the same CR80 body as the base player card, so the stripe or RFID construction stays identical across the program and only the surface changes. We advise against giving each tier its own construction. The 500-unit minimum applies per design, so five constructions means five minimums, five samples and five separate reorder cycles.

Hotel room and suite keys
Room keys for the hospitality side of the property. We make them in FSC-certified wood, 50 to 80% post-consumer recycled PVC, PPH BioBoard and laminated premium finishes. Chip family, antenna, card body, artwork and encoding are built as one product rather than bolted together, and you get a finished sample to try on your own locks before we run the batch.

RFID wristbands for resort access
We made the Thunder Valley Casino Resort bracelet: a round engraved wood plaque on dark natural beads, with a sliding-knot clasp that fits adult, youth and child wrists. It is rated IP67, which is what makes it a pool wristband rather than a lobby souvenir. The same bracelet comes in bead or macramé cord, with laser engraving or full-color UV print on the plaque and individual guest numbering if you need it. Pool, spa, fitness and multi-day access are where a band earns its place over another card.

Gift cards, staff IDs and printed sleeves
Gift cards, event passes, staff photo IDs, contractor badges and printed sleeves, produced alongside the player-card run. Different technology and different quantities, shared artwork rules. Color, portrait placement, barcode and numbering are what let a floor supervisor tell a contractor badge from a VIP card at arm’s length, so we set those rules once across the whole family.

Wooden RFID wristband
At the pool, spa or fitness area a bracelet keeps access on the guest instead of in a locker. The sealed wooden RFID plaque, the IP67 rating and the sliding-knot clasp handle the water, the sun and the fact that nobody can size a wristband in advance for a family of four.
Casino construction and finish
Wood, recycled PVC or laminated?
A room key gets handled for three nights. A staff ID gets handled for three years. We pick the construction from wear period and reader first, then add the finish on top. Done the other way round, a program ends up with a beautiful card that has to be reprinted every season.

What decides cost and lead time?
We have been making cards since 2000. These four points decide what a casino card and wristband program costs and how long it takes, and they are where the expensive mistakes get made.
The reader decides the card, not the artwork
A player card can carry a magnetic stripe, contactless RFID, a barcode or a supported combination. Which one is not a design choice. It follows from the installed reader, encoder and data format, so send us that first. We lay the antenna, stripe, barcode zone and variable fields into the card body from the start, because retrofitting a barcode into signed-off artwork means new artwork.
Understand RFID and NFC technologyOne look, separate constructions
Player enrollment, the gaming floor, room access, VIP lounges, pool areas and staff control often run on different systems. We build them as one visual family with different constructions underneath: same color, same finish language, different chip. Deciding that at the design stage costs nothing. Discovering it after tooling costs a reprint.

Foil, spot UV, metallic and pearlescent effects give a host an instant read on tier. They also fight with the fields staff actually use: account number, barcode, name, issue date. We keep those zones clear of heavy flood finishes and prove it on the sample before the run. Quantities are per design from 500 units, so it is worth settling how many tiers you really want before we tool up.
Review premium card finishesWristbands are IP67, and still get tested on site
A pool or spa bracelet deals with water, chlorine, sun and a wear period nobody can predict exactly. Our bead and cord bracelets are rated IP67, with a sealed RFID plaque and a sliding-knot clasp that adjusts to adult, youth and child wrists. We still ship a finished sample first, and we want it read at the actual wet-area gate rather than on a desk reader.

We manufactured the wooden-bead RFID bracelet for Thunder Valley Casino Resort. A circular engraved wood plaque, dark natural beads, sliding-knot clasp, rated IP67. It is the first thing we put in front of a casino that asks whether a resort access band can be a guest object instead of a plastic tag, because it is a finished production run rather than a render.

Can PrintPlast manufacture casino player cards?
Yes. We make custom player-club and loyalty cards as CR80, 0.76 mm bodies to ISO/IEC 7810, with premium printing, magnetic stripe, contactless RFID, barcodes, sequential numbering and variable personalization. Minimum 500 units per design. Send the approved player-management or issuance specification and we build to it.
Can one card work as a player card and hotel room key?
Sometimes. It works when both systems support the same chip architecture, or an approved multi-technology construction. Send us both reader specifications and we will tell you which of the three answers applies: one card, one card carrying two technologies, or two cards.
Do you supply the casino software, readers or payment platform?
No. We make and personalize the physical cards, wristbands, badges and sleeves. Your integrator supplies and configures the systems they run on.
Which casino wristband formats are available?
Wooden-bead bracelets, woven or macramé cord bracelets with a wooden RFID plaque, and other reusable builds. They share the sliding-knot clasp that fits adult, youth and child wrists, so you do not order by size. The Thunder Valley bracelet is the wooden-bead format, and it is a real production run.
Can casino player cards have different loyalty tiers?
Yes. Artwork, card color, foil, metallic or pearlescent effects, numbering, barcodes and variable data all differentiate tiers. We recommend keeping important issue and identification fields readable even on highly decorative VIP designs. We also recommend keeping the construction identical across tiers, because the 500-unit minimum applies per design.
Can cards include magnetic stripe and RFID together?
Yes, when the card construction and your approved system specification support both. Stripe coercivity, chip family, antenna position, encoding and the artwork zones each one needs are fixed before we cut a sample. Moving an antenna after artwork approval means new artwork.
Are the wooden RFID wristbands suitable for pools and spas?
Yes. The RFID plaque is sealed and the bracelet is rated IP67 for water and UV. We do not publish a chlorine tolerance figure, because pool chemistry varies too much between properties for one number to mean anything. Put the sample in your own water for the length of a real stay and tell us how it comes out.
Can you manufacture staff IDs, gift cards and printed sleeves in the same order?
Yes. Staff and contractor IDs, gift and loyalty cards, event passes and printed sleeves run alongside the player-card, wristband and hotel-key program. The 500-unit minimum applies per design, so small badge runs are usually folded into a shared staff-ID design rather than tooled on their own.
What should a casino resort send for a quotation?
Card and wristband types and quantities, the approved technology specifications, personalization fields, artwork or brand direction, delivery country and required date. For anything expected to work in more than one place, send the reader list too. Samples go out 7 to 10 days after the specification is agreed, and bulk runs 3 to 4 weeks from artwork approval.
