A calmer guest journey
Do guests need a wristband or a card?
A wellness guest can move from a private suite to a changing room, a hydrotherapy circuit, a consultation and a nutrition venue in one day. We build the band or card around that sequence. On the wrist where robes and water make a loose card a nuisance, in the hand where a room key or a membership card belongs. Where the approved systems need different media at different doors, we make different media rather than forcing one object to cover everything. That is the decision most wellness briefs get wrong, and it is the expensive one.

Spa RFID wristbands for lockers and thermal circuits
A spa wristband is a finished object, not an inlay with a strap around it. We make silicone, woven cord, macramé, wood-plaque and bead formats, rated IP67 for immersion and UV. The woven and macramé bands close with a sliding-knot clasp that fits adult, youth and child wrists, so you order one size instead of a size run. Send us the locker or access reader specification and we build to it, then dispatch a pre-production sample within 7 to 10 days so your team reads the real band on the real reader before bulk starts.

Wooden RFID key cards for wellness retreat stays
We cut, engrave and laminate room cards in FSC-certified bamboo, cherry, walnut and beech. This is the part of our range wellness properties come to us for, because very few factories will run it: a real wood face, laser engraved, in a geometry that drops into the card workflow reception already uses. We encode and individually number every card to the approved lock specification and send production-representative cards for testing on the property before we commit the volume.

Treatment, entitlement and wellness account bands
Where the installed platform supports it, one wristband or card can carry the identifier used at a treatment-area checkpoint, for an included service or against a room account. We encode that identifier and put whatever the desk needs to read at a glance on the visible face: a programme name, a tier mark, a guest number. Individual numbering is standard on every format we make, not an upcharge.

Day-spa, member and retreat-program wristbands
Resident guests, day visitors and members share the same rooms on different plans, and your team needs to tell them apart without asking. We separate them in the run: cord palette, bead-bracelet mix, wood species, plaque shape, an engraved tier mark. We keep it quiet. A wellness resort is the one place where a loud event-style wristband actively damages the product you are selling, so we would rather change the wood than turn up the color.

Staff, therapist and supporting wellness cards
One order can cover staff photo IDs, therapist and practitioner badges, contractor cards, gift cards, sleeves and controlled backup stock. We produce them on the same design system, then pack them by issue point so reception, the spa desk and HR each open the box that belongs to them. Each design carries its own 500-unit minimum, which is worth knowing before the family grows to nine items.

Reception fits the band and the property activates it. We hand-knot this one around a small FSC-certified wood plaque and close it with a sliding-knot clasp, so a single size covers the whole arrival list. Nobody goes hunting for a larger band while a guest waits in a robe.

Sage silicone RFID wristband
Silicone stays put while the guest changes, handles towels and moves through wet areas. We mould ours around the inlay rather than wrapping it over one, which is what keeps it reading after a season on a busy locker bank. You get a sample to test flat against your own reader, in the wrist position it will actually be worn in, before the mould for the run is cut.

Warm rooms, cold plunges, then a lounger. A woven band handles that better than a rigid one because it dries and it moves with the wrist. The bamboo construction here is the one we made for Revivo. We do not publish a sauna temperature limit and we would treat anyone who does with suspicion, so we send you the finished band and let your own circuit be the test.

A wooden card suits a consultation room better than a wristband, and several of our retreat clients issue both. We engrave it, encode it to the approved checkpoint specification and leave a clean field for the guest name or programme. What it will never do is hold clinical information, and we would not build it to.

A bead bracelet reads as jewelry, which is exactly the point at a nutrition bar. Where the approved POS accepts the same identifier, the guest presents the same bracelet she has worn since arrival. We number each one individually so the desk can match a wrist to an account without a second lookup.

Walnut RFID room-and-spa card
Some properties deactivate the card, some let the guest keep it, some collect and re-issue. We ask which at quotation rather than at artwork, because it changes the material. A keepsake card gets the better wood face and a sleeve. A collected band gets a construction that survives cleaning. Finding this out late is the most common reason a wellness run gets made twice.

Which material suits a spa locker wristband?
The band has to feel right against a robe, survive its real environment and satisfy the approved reader. We produce all four of these ourselves, so the trade-offs below come out of runs we have shipped rather than a catalogue.

Will these work with our existing readers?
We manufacture and personalize physical cards and wristbands. We do not supply or replace your PMS, booking, hotel-lock, locker, access-control, POS or treatment-management platform, and those systems keep control of access, entitlements, balances and records. What we do is take the approved reader and encoding specification and build to it. Our 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz families cover most installed wellness systems, and we prove the match on a finished sample before anything goes to volume.

We sample in 7 to 10 days
A pre-production sample leaves our factory within 7 to 10 days. You read the finished band or card on every intended reader. Bulk follows in 3 to 4 weeks from artwork approval, and never before that sample comes back approved.
We test the whole object
An inlay rating tells you nothing about a finished wristband. Plaque, cord, print, bonding and closure all change how it reads. We check the assembled band, and the assembled band is what we send you.
We make the wood ourselves
FSC-certified bamboo, cherry, walnut and beech, cut, laser engraved and finished in-house under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. It is the format wellness buyers struggle to source anywhere, and it is why SHA Wellness and Revivo came to us.

What moves the price of a spa wristband?
Four things move the number: who wears it, where it is presented, which reader has to accept it and what happens at the end of the stay. The rest we can work out. Here is what each of those four changes on our side of the bench.
Readers first, artwork later
We need the approved frequency, chip and encoding requirements for every reader the band or card has to satisfy: room locks, locker banks and the POS terminal. Our 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz families cover most of them. One band can serve several of those moments, but only once a finished sample has been read on each one, and we will tell you plainly when it cannot.
Understand RFID and NFC technologyWristband or card, and usually both
A wearable wins when guests are in robes or wet areas and should not be carrying anything at all. A wooden card wins at suites, consultations and the member desk. Most wellness properties we produce for order both and run one visual language across them, which costs less than it sounds because the engraving and print setup is shared.

Our wristbands are rated IP67, which covers immersion and UV. Sauna and steam are a different question, and we will not quote you a temperature we have not published. Instead we make the band you intend to issue and you run it through your own thermal circuit while the order is still a sample. Treatment oils and cleaning products get the same treatment.

We pack to your issue order rather than ours: by arrival date, by guest tier or by serial range, whichever reception actually works from. Individual guest numbering is standard. The minimum is 500 units per design, so a three-tier program is three designs, not one, and that is usually the line worth simplifying first.

We made the wooden RFID key card for SHA Wellness Clinic and the hand-woven bamboo RFID wristband for Revivo Wellness Resorts. Two ends of one family: a thin natural room card, and a soft wearable a guest is happy to keep on for a week. Both are on our shelf. What do wellness teams ask before ordering?
What are spa RFID wristbands used for?
Lockers, thermal and pool zones, treatment-area access, membership tiers and room-account charges, depending on what your installed platforms support. We manufacture the wristband that carries the identifier and encode it to your specification.
Can one RFID wristband work for hotel rooms, spa lockers and payments?
Sometimes. It works when your lock, locker and POS platforms accept the same encoding architecture, and it does not when they do not. Send us the three specifications and we will tell you which it is, and we would rather tell you no than sell you a band that opens two doors out of three.
Does PrintPlast supply spa booking, locker, hotel-lock or payment software?
No. We make the physical products only: RFID wristbands, bracelets, room cards, staff IDs and the supporting print. Your technology partners supply and configure the software.
Are spa RFID wristbands waterproof and sauna-safe?
Our wristbands are rated IP67, which covers immersion and UV. We do not publish a sauna temperature limit, because the honest answer depends on the construction, the dwell time and how often a band goes from heat straight into cold water. So we make the finished band and you test it in your own circuit. An inlay rating on its own tells you nothing about the object on the wrist.
Which wristband material feels most premium in a wellness resort?
Wood, by some distance. We make FSC-certified bamboo, cherry, walnut and beech plaques on hand-woven cord, and it is the format guests keep after checkout. Bead bracelets read as jewelry. Silicone is the practical choice for heavy wet-area use and day-spa volume, and there is no shame in it. What we would steer you away from is a printed plastic band in a room that charges for calm.
Can different colors identify day guests, members or retreat programs?
Yes, and we would rather do it with material than color. A different wood species or cord tone separates a member from a day guest without shouting about it. Remember that color is a cue for your team, not an authorization.
Can wooden hotel key cards and spa wristbands share one design?
Yes, and it costs less than running them separately. One wood species, one engraving file and one palette carry across room cards, wearables, staff IDs and printed collateral. Each format still gets the chip and encoding its own reader needs.
Can spa RFID wristbands be reused?
Some constructions, yes. Silicone bands and bead bracelets take collection, cleaning and re-issue well, and we build them for it when you ask. Woven cord sits at the other end: the sliding knot is adjusted to one wrist, so we design cord bands as keepsakes rather than returnables. Tell us which way you are going before we choose the material, not after.
What information is needed for a spa RFID quotation?
Quantities by format, the approved reader and encoding specification, and your delivery date. That is enough for a real number. Artwork direction, wear duration and whether bands are kept or collected will refine it. If you only have half of that, send half and we will quote what we can and flag what is missing.
