Can one supplier cover the whole resort?
Most resorts need more than a lift card. We print the ski pass cards, cut the wooden room keys and assemble the wristbands in the same building, so the artwork, the numbering series and the delivery date stay in one place. Each item is still built for its own reader and its own service life. A season pass and a spa band are not the same product.

Where does the pass have to work?
Send us the reader list and we will tell you whether one ski pass card covers the mountain, or whether you are better off with a card for the lifts and a band for the wet areas. We would rather say that before the run than after it.

Material strategy
Which material suits a season pass?
We will not put a thermal-rewritable surface on wood. That surface has to take heat and repeated reprinting, and it is a recycled PVC job. Wood is for the pass that gets issued once and kept.

Reader-matched production
How do you match cards to our readers?
We build to the reader spec you send us. The 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz families cover most installed lift gates and hotel locks. We publish no cold-weather rating, because the test that matters is your gate, not our lab: we encode a pre-production sample through your own issue workflow and dispatch it within 7 to 10 days, so your team can hold the real card against the real reader before committing to a run. Bulk follows 3 to 4 weeks from artwork approval. We make the card; your access platform decides what it opens.

What sets the price and lead time?
Four decisions set the price and the lead time on custom RFID ski pass cards. Here is how we handle each one.
We match the card to your lift-gate reader
Send us the approved frequency, the chip standard and how your encoder writes. We build the antenna and the card body around that, then encode a sample through your own issue workflow so it can be tested at the gate before we release the day-ticket, multi-day and season run. Card size on its own proves nothing.

If your desk reprints the same card every morning, the surface has to be thermal-rewritable and matched to your printer, and we specify it that way. If the card is issued once and kept, we can open up the finishes: foil, spot UV, laser engraving on walnut. Either way, send us the variable data as a file and we number and encode in sequence.
Compare ski-pass production optionsOne pass for the mountain, or a matched set
Lift gates, hotel locks, ski lockers and payment terminals do not always run the same architecture. Send us the list and we will say plainly whether one card covers it. When it does not, we make the card and the wristband together on one artwork, one numbering series and one delivery.

Recycled PVC at 50 to 80% post-consumer content carries the high-volume day tickets and anything thermal-rewritable. FSC-certified wood is for the season pass and the chalet key. PPH BioBoard suits short-stay cards with less plastic in them. For wet and gloved use we build a cord bracelet or silicone band on a sliding-knot clasp, rated IP67. Tell us how long each one has to last and we build to it.

Can you supply RFID ski pass cards for our existing lift gates?
Yes. We build the chip, antenna and card body to the reader spec you send us, then dispatch a pre-production sample within 7 to 10 days for your team to test at the gate. Bulk runs 3 to 4 weeks from artwork approval.
Do you produce thermal-rewritable ski pass cards?
Yes, alongside permanently printed surfaces. Which one you want depends on your printer and how often the same card is reissued. If a card is issued once and kept, we would rather give you the better finish.
Which RFID frequencies and standards do you make?
We work in the 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz families, including 13.56 MHz configurations to ISO/IEC 14443 and ISO/IEC 15693. We confirm the exact specification from your installed reader before we cut anything.
Can one card work for lifts, hotel rooms, lockers and payments?
Sometimes. It works when the lift, lock and payment systems share a supported architecture. When they do not, we make a matched set instead: a card for the mountain, a band for the wet areas, same artwork. We tell you which it is before you order.
Are wooden RFID cards suitable for ski resorts?
Yes. We make sealed FSC-certified wood cards for compatible lift and hospitality readers, and they earn their place on season passes, chalet keys and VIP programs. A card that has to be reprinted every morning should be recycled PVC instead.
Can you personalize cards with photos, numbers, QR codes or barcodes?
Yes. Full-colour UV print, laser engraving and individual guest numbering are standard. We also run photos, QR codes, barcodes, signatures and magnetic stripes.
What do you need from us to quote?
The card or wristband type, your reader spec, the quantity and the delivery country. Minimum order is 500 units per design. You get a price, a sample within 7 to 10 days and a 3 to 4 week production window from artwork approval.
