We are pleased to announce a new global partnership between PrintPlast and InnSupply, a hospitality supply company serving hotels with linens, textiles, and operating supplies and equipment (OS&E). Under the agreement, InnSupply will resell PrintPlast's full range of sustainable RFID hotel key cards and wristbands to its global network of hotel and resort customers.
For more than three decades, PrintPlast has supplied eco-friendly access solutions — wood, bioboard, recycled PVC, and paper RFID key cards, along with wristbands for resorts and all-inclusive properties — to hotel groups including Four Seasons, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, and Six Senses. This partnership extends that reach through InnSupply's established relationships with hotel procurement teams sourcing linens, amenities, and other OS&E categories.
"Hotels are increasingly looking for fewer, more trusted suppliers who can meet sustainability commitments across every touchpoint — not just the room, but the key that opens it," said a PrintPlast spokesperson. Adding our RFID cards and wristbands to their catalog means hotels can now source sustainable key card programs through a supplier relationship they already rely on."
For InnSupply customers, the partnership means direct access to PrintPlast's catalog of wood, bamboo, cork, and recycled-material key cards and wristbands, compatible with all major lock systems, alongside InnSupply's existing linen and textile programs — simplifying procurement for hotels that want to consolidate their supplier list without compromising on sustainability or quality.
The two companies also share a longer-term roadmap: exploring RFID-tagged linen tracking as part of InnSupply's supply programs, pairing PrintPlast's access-control expertise with InnSupply's textile operations to give hotels better visibility into inventory and asset lifecycles.
Hotels and hospitality groups working with InnSupply can now add PrintPlast's sustainable key card and wristband programs to an existing order, with the same quality and lead times PrintPlast's direct hotel clients have relied on for over 30 years.
