Serhan Mert leads PrintPlast, an RFID credential manufacturer founded in 1989. Over the past decade he has driven the company’s shift from conventional plastic to sustainable wooden, recycled PVC, and BioBoard RFID hotel key cards, now supplying 250+ luxury hotels in 80+ countries.
His work focuses on the substrate side of RFID — the layer most of the industry overlooks — and on translating ESG and waste-reduction commitments from procurement teams into manufacturable, price-competitive cards.
